Policy for Perishable Goods (Sea Moss Gels)

Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or collected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. To expedite resolution, please include your order number and clear photos of the product packaging and contents.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion for the following verified issues:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • An error occurred during order fulfillment.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Missed delivery attempts.
  • Circumstances beyond our control (weather, etc.).

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders must be collected within the communicated pickup window. Failure to collect the order within this timeframe will result in the order being forfeited without a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if the request is received before the order has entered the preparation stage. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not permitted.
